I think it might be finished… For now anyway. This is not how I imagined them to be, in fact not at all…. I did see some kind of Rothko deep nothingness, but I am not Rothko and not capable of that beauty.
I have two new canvasses waiting….. So let’s see how that goes

Trust me I’m an artist
This painting and the next are aimed at creating two very calm and restrained pieces. Whilst they do not look calm or restrained …. They will eventually. Most of the time I need to create some energy in order to react and respond. The two pieces will be unrecognisable in a couple of weeks time… I hope. Well that’s the plan anyway. As always, any comments positive or negative will be most welcome.
At last back in the studio after a stupid long gap….and how I have missed it. This brother and sister combination are slowly getting there.they both need a great deal of over painting but are feeling good.
